We are a Beard Care Company located in the Tampa Bay area of FL. This company was started out of the desire to take care of my own fledgling beard without breaking the bank. A good friend told me that it was easy to make my own products and save some money, so that’s what I did! I researched many different methods and ingredients and found something that worked well, without a lot of crazy ingredients being used as fillers.Â
I was involved in an event locally called the Alafia River Rendezvous. I had a small shop during the event and sold jams, pickles, rag rugs and shawls. I thought “All of these mountain man beards around here and no one is selling beard oil”??? So I decided to make enough to sell at the Rendezvous and cover my expenses. No problem right?? Well, some of my bearded brothers from my muzzle loading gun club caught wind of the plan and asked me to bring some to the next monthly meeting. That’s when the light bulb went off!! I am going to start a Beard Company!!
Wench Tickler Beard Co is the result of that.Â
The name came from the era that is covered during the rendezvous. We concentrate on the time period 1640 – 1840, so I wanted a name that would reflect the era. Also, one you would never forget….. The product names……. Well you will have to thank some of my friends for those. Again, they are pretty unforgettable, just like those friends!
 Our products are made with all natural ingredients and NO PRESERVATIVES. Nothing in these products is designed to harm your beard or your skin. Nothing I make will ever hit this site until it has been used by me first. I don’t like additives and preservatives, and I don’t think any of you do either, so you will never find it in my products.
 This company is owned and operated by a 12 year US Army Veteran. Mike proudly served in the 82nd Airborne Division (H Minus!!!) and PA Army National Guard. He has personally developed these products, and uses them himself daily.
